Delivery Information

At ED Solution, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We deliver all orders exclusively within the Republic of Ireland using our trusted partner, DPD.

Delivery Details:
– Delivery fee: €24.99 per order (regardless of order size or weight)
– Courier: DPD (tracked delivery)
– Delivery area: Republic of Ireland only
– Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days from the date your order is dispatched

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your DPD tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Please note:
– Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
– Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather or courier delays).
– If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know when placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from ED Solution. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

How to return an item:
– Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
– Email us at info@edsolution.ie with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
– We will respond with instructions on how to return your item.

Returns Policy:
– Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
– Unless your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
– Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
